Villa Heights - It was a conscious effort to create an environment of an independent house in a Residential apartments which was worked upon at the concept level during its planning. The out come was a flat with three sides open to ventilation and natural light and a set of green open spaces all round with ample parking symbolising a residence. The project is located in Bhrahmanwadi, Begumpet with a built-up area of with 1,50,000 sft.
